General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern.
Following are the cause of pain in testis: recurrent hernia, Hydrocele, Vericose vein of testis, Epididymitis, Cyst of epididymis.
You should consult the surgeon and do following test:
1. Blood: CBC, ESR
3. USG scan to confirm cause.
Specific treatment depend on cause. Meanwhile take tablet ibuprofen and prescribed antibiotic
Wear scrotum supportive devise, and avoid weight lifting, coughing, constipation.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
